Tamsin Egerton (born 26 November 1988 in Hampshire) is an English actress and model, best known for her roles of Chelsea Parker in the 2007 film Trinian's and Holly Goodfellow in Keeping Mum. In 2007, Egerton was voted tenth of the one hundred most beautiful faces in the world, by IndependentCritics.com.
